Aura Reading
Aura reading is a fascinating subject. By seeing the colours that a physical body emanates, you can read personality, state of mind and even have a glimpse into their soul.
A person’s aura is the energy that a person gives off electromagnetically. This energy takes the form of colours, which can even be photographed.

The technique is not dissimilar to that of scrying we describe in another chapter. You need a darkened room with just enough light to see. Pick a body part to focus on (a hand or foot is probably easiest) and place it on a dark background. Then begin to stare at it. As you are concentrating, you should be able to see a hazy light forming around your hand or foot. Does it have colours? This is your own personal aura.
You’ve seen your colour, now you want to know what it means. Auras come in every colour you can think of and more besides and if we were to list them all we would fill pages and pages, our site would look like a paint chart! We have put the “primary” colours here with their descriptions. The boxes are colour coded, blue box, blue aura.

Black is not the best colour to see in your aura. If you see this colour thinking about taking some rest, you may even be depressed. And visualise yourself in white light or consider some cleansing and/or protection.
This is white! This is a fabulous colour to see, you are postively excuding spirituality.
