Meditation
Meditation is a fabulous, relaxing way of beginning to develop your psychic gifts and also for clearing the mind and psyche. If you have never meditated before, here are some pointers on how to begin.
Make sure you are comfortable and relaxed, in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Say your prayer of protection.
Breathe naturally and then close your eyes. Have an image in your mind to “fix” on and concentrate on this image in your mind. Allow your breathing to become more slow.
Concentrate on your breathing and your image and allow all your limbs to relax, starting with the feet and working up the body.
Let your mind wander now and let images comes into your mind of their own will. Don’t be surprised if you see old friends and relatives in your thoughts here. You should now be in a very relaxed state, you may even fall asleep!
Stay in this state of deep relaxation for maybe 20 minutes and then it will be time to come round again. Begin to return a normal state. After meditation, don’t undo all the good work you have done by rushing round, try and stay relaxed and calm and keep a good posture.
